	I agree to the following terms and conditions. 1) You are at least 18 years of age. 2) By joining QSNAFU you accept that this is a private server. The owner reserves the right to cancel and terminate any user account for any reason (or no reason at all) at any time. When in doubt, refer back to this rule. 3) Material submitted to QSNAFU remains yours, provided you are the owner of the content uploaded. Any content uploaded that violates any laws or is not legally yours can and will be deleted from your file space. Repeated offenses may result in your account being terminated. 4) Any attempts at reverse-engineering, hacking, or otherwise exploiting QSNAFU will result in immediate termination and permanent banning. 5) Any attempts to use QSNAFU in a way that harasses others will result in immediate termination and permanent banning. 6) Adult oriented material must be CLEARLY marked as such at the time of upload to the system by flagging the content as such. By default, such material can only be marked as friends-only or private. Any adult oriented material that gets marked as public can and will be reverted to a more private setting. Repeated attempts to make public any kind of flagged material can and will result in termination of your account. 7) If your content or contributions are reported as "inappropriate", the object in question will be "locked" to private only to you until QSNAFU's admins have had a chance to review the content. If the admin determines that the object was flagged inappropriately, the object will then be "admin approved" and thus unable to be repeatedly flagged. 8) Use of the flagging feature in order to censor other users' content when the content falls within the limits of the terms of service of this site will result in termination of your account. 9) Doing anything that results in violation of QSNAFU's TOS agreement with its hosting, www.enterhost.com will result in immediate termination of your account as well as reporting to enterhost.com and any authorities.
